Cambridge Judge Business School hosted a special dinner for Iftar, the meal that breaks the Ramadan fast for Muslims, bringing together students, staff and faculty for an evening of reflection, connection and cultural appreciation.

As part of the Business School’s commitment to inclusion, the event provided an opportunity to learn about Ramadan and the values it represents – unity, gratitude and generosity.

MBA Director highlights the strength of diversity

During the evening on 11 March, the Director of the MBA programme, Management Practice Associate Professor Juliana Kozak Rogo, highlighted the importance of such gatherings in fostering inclusivity within the Cambridge Judge community. “One of the greatest strengths of the Cambridge MBA is the diversity of our community – bringing together people from different backgrounds, cultures and perspectives,” she said. “Events like this Iftar dinner remind us of the value of learning not just in the classroom, but from one another’s traditions and experiences.”

Other people attending the dinner included speaker Jaideep Prabhu, Professor of Marketing and Vice-Dean for Faculty at Cambridge Judge and students from various University of Cambridge disciplines including medicine and the Master of Finance (MFin) programme at Cambridge Judge.
