Two Cambridge Judge academics included in Thinkers50 Radar list of future management gurus.
Thinkers50, a global ranking of management thinkers, has included two Cambridge Judge Business School academics on its “Radar” list of 30 management thinkers most likely to shape the future of how organisations are managed and led.
Jaideep Prabhu, Jawaharlal Nehru Professor of Indian Business & Enterprise and Director of the Centre for India & Global Business (CIGB), and Navi Radjou, Fellow in India & Global Business, are recognised as members of the “next generation of business gurus” along with other thinkers from around the world – including the US, China, India, Spain and Germany.
Jaideep and Navi are co-authors of Frugal Innovation and Jugaad Innovation, books which look at how low-cost techniques and materials are transforming business. Ravi was a winner of the 2013 Thinkers50 Innovation Award.
Stuart Crainer, co-founder of Thinkers50, said the list offers “a smorgasbord” of great business ideas:
What is interesting is that ideas and thinkers are increasingly difficult to pigeon-hole into traditional categories like leadership and strategy. These thinkers are truly independent minded. They are driven by curiosity and innovation, and their work shows broad global ambition.
