Tracey is passionate about improving gender diversity, through dialogue and action, and is a founding member of Cambridge Judge Business School’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee.
Tracey is a member of the senior leadership team, with responsibility for overseeing
externally facing communications and corporate marketing. She is also a member of the European
Foundation for Management Steering Committee and a mentor to students at her alma mater, the University of St. Andrews. Tracey’s background is in outreach, engagement, and PR.
In her early career, she project-managed the creation, operational running and marketing of museums, including the Museum of Rugby and Twickenham Experience Tours at England Rugby, Twickenham. She developed engagement and
partnership programmes as Director of Outreach for the NASA Specialised Center of Research and Training in the Research Triangle, North Carolina and for ScottishTelecom, in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Tracey holds degrees from the University of St Andrews and the University of Aberdeen, has
completed the Executive Education Cambridge General Management Programme, at Cambridge Judge, and is now embarking on an Executive MBA at the Business School. In her spare time, she runs marathons.
We are proud of the WLC student interest group (SIG), which forms part of Cambridge Judge Business School’s Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre. The students take an active role in organising initiatives and events to foster gender diversity.
The SIG is organising workshops and speaker panels, throughout the year, collaborating with fellow students and companies to promote gender-balanced understanding.

The Cambridge Wo+Men in Leadership Centre Research Network is a group of University of Cambridge academics interested in research in gender and diversity. We collaborate with major corporations and not-for-profit organisations to produced impactful reports that address pertinent topics on gender diversity. We also organise a research seminar series that showcases the latest academic research on gender diversity.

Feryal Erhun is Professor of Operations and Technology Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. She is the Academic Director of the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre at the School and a Co-Director of the Cambridge Centre for Health Leadership & Enterprise (with a focus on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in Healthcare).
Feryal’s research interests include strategic interactions between stakeholders in supply chains, socially responsible operations, and healthcare operations. She is a strong proponent of practice-based research. Through collaborations with Intel Corporation, Cisco, Stanford University Medical Center, Public Health England and others, she has been able to combine her academic interests with stakeholders’ needs to deliver insights for both communities.
Feryal is an editorial board member of Management Science and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management. She is a board member of the Production and Operations Management Society, and she has served as the President-elect (2020-2021) and the President (2021-2022) of the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society. During her presidency, she focused on increasing the transparency of academic institutions on EDI policies.

Smaranda Gosa-Mensing

For more than 15 years, she has been advising and coaching senior professionals with a combination of deep psychological expertise as well as business and consulting experience. Before joining McKinsey, Smaranda worked in consumer/retail and as a specialised consultant for change management and coaching, advising senior executives on leadership issues.
She is a caring and passionate driver of initiatives and programs to help advance women leaders, e.g. as a Finalist Coach for the Cartier’s Women’s Initiative. Smaranda is a Fellow of Cambridge Judge Business School, where she is helping to drive the Women’s Leadership Initiative. She is a psychologist and holds an Exec.MA in Coaching and Consulting for Change (CCC) from INSEAD.
As much as she cares about women leadership, she is also a passionate mother of three small children and enjoys spending her free time with her son and twin daughters.

Ruth Kennedy

Ruth Kennedy is a brand consultant advising clients in the luxury goods and services sectors to meet their business development objectives. From 2006 to 2009 she served as head of Quinlan Private UK, a real estate and private equity group managing commercial and residential properties in Europe
including luxury hotels. Before that position, Ruth spent 16 years with David Linley and Co., the bespoke furniture and design business.
She began her career at S.G. Warburg as an investment banker. Ruth serves as Chairman on the board of The Resident, is a non-executive director on the boards of Daylesford Organic, Bamford, Value Retail (the owners of Bicester Village), and until 2019 on the public board of Belmond Hotels.
In 2009 Ruth founded the Louis Dundas Centre for Children’s Palliative Care at Great Ormond Street Hospital and UCL Institute of Child Health and is a Patron of the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
