Join our workshop and networking lunch

The workshop will convene consultants and professors with expertise in accounting, entrepreneurship, and law for a day of must-learn sessions and panels for anyone preparing for an exit event. This will be an interactive event, to help answer some case-specific questions that you might have in your current planning.

Topics will include Strategic IPO Planning for reporting and governance process and systems, the evolving state of the market, how to best-leverage experts to minimise time and billing costs and maximise post-exit regulatory or litigation risk, and how to strategically outsource some preparation infrastructure development and process improvements.
