Suchitra Ramaswamy
Science & Tech Client Partner, Zifo
Suchitra Ramaswamy (‘Suchi’) is a seasoned consultant with over 13 years of experience at the intersection of science, technology, and strategic consulting. Currently a Science & Tech Client Partner at Zifo, Suchi specializes in guiding pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical companies through strategic transformation, leveraging expertise in business process consulting, client partnerships, and value creation. She has held diverse roles across Europe, the USA, and India with a consistent focus on enabling data-driven decision-making.
With a background in Biomedical Engineering and a keen interest in bridging science with cutting-edge technology, Suchi is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Cambridge to further refine her leadership and strategic insights. She is passionate about cultivating strategic partnerships and coaching teams in value creation, all while leveraging data to navigate complex challenges in scientific informatics.
Brooke Bornick
Co-Founder, Lodgeur
Brooke Bornick has worked across the entire business lifecycle from cradle to grave – co-founding startups in property, tech, and AI; directing middle market investments and operations at a private equity firm; representing Fortune 100 companies in complex credit matters; and guiding distressed companies through bankruptcy where she harvested remaining asset value. Currently, she is co-founder of Lodgeur, a property technology venture optimizing multifamily real estate assets, where she focuses on strategy, legal, and financial matters.
Drawing on her background as a commercial bankruptcy attorney at Am Law 100 firms, and an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, Brooke is a non-technical founder who geeks out over putting AI to work in practical ways to solve real business problems.
Benedicta Banga
Head of Research and Foresight, Fluxury
Benedicta is a commercially astute digital technology and transformation strategist with over 17 years of experience spearheading complex innovation and cultural change initiatives in challenging business climates.
She has championed women’s advancement in the workplace and business through her award-winning project Blaqbase, an acclaimed shopping app, Gradstrategy- providing coaching and training for ambitious graduates; and more recently Fluxury, a sustainable luxury learning platform.
