Meet Global Executive MBA (2024) Abisayo Busari-Akinnadeju, who is Chief Legal Officer at Allgrace Energy Limited, at our Women and the Global EMBA webinar. About Abisayo

Abisayo is a seasoned lawyer known for her comprehensive legal advisory services. She used to participate in active courtroom practices but transitioned to a corporate landscape as an advocate for alternative dispute resolution, negotiations, and legal advisory. She has gained diverse experience as the Head of a legal department in a conglomerate with interests in various African nations and sectors including oil and gas, banking, hospitality and many more.

Abisayo serves as the Chairperson of the energy and power sector for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, in the Nigerian Chapter. She also holds board positions in several Nigerian companies and was recognised in 2018 and 2019 among the 100 most influential young Nigerians. She is a published author (‘Project One Nigerian’ and ‘The Wealthy Club – Become Rich’) and philanthropist by providing clothing for infants in IDP camps, hospitals, and rural areas. She also provides medical outreaches, scholarships, and empowerment programmes to help transform people’s financial standing. Abisayo balances motherhood with career progression and humanitarian acts, she believes that women are nation builders.
