These tailor-made offerings cater to SAB’s senior banking professionals, equipping them to drive growth, navigate change, and adeptly manage future uncertainties.

Empowering senior banking professionals

The Emerging Risk Leadership Programme is a 4-day online programme, specifically designed for senior leaders at SAB who are responsible for future-proofing and strategy setting within the organisation. It focuses on horizon scanning, managing uncertainty and effective decision-making – all with the purpose of preparing leaders for future challenges and uncertainties.

The Senior Leadership Programme is an 8-day, face-to-face programme held in Cambridge. Developed for senior leaders from various functions across the bank, the curriculum has been formulated across 3 key pillars: strategising for the future, driving growth, and enhancing performance. These pillars cover topics as varied as strategy cascading, business model innovation and cultures of excellence.

The programme allows SAB leaders to learn through exposure to world-leading thought leadership and hands on experiential learning, including a NASA-style leadership simulation. This supports their professional development and the bank’s renewed strategy for growth and success. These programmes empower SAB’s senior leaders to thrive in an ever-evolving financial landscape, ensuring their readiness to lead change and foster growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
