Collaboration between charity and government is never straightforward, but the shared goal of reducing neonatal mortality provided a strong imperative for Angkor Children’s Hospital to collaborate smoothly with the government of Cambodia. This case study describes how they overcame obstacles and built constructive support towards this shared goal.
