My current research lies at the intersection between economic history and law. Using historical data, I explore how far broader economic factors drive changes in the content and structure of judicial decisions over time. I contribute to a small but fast-growing research field that uses language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) approaches to study the structure of legal texts.
