SilkWork is an AI-driven platform that broadens access to truly global remote job opportunities. Our platform offers a unique combination of tools to help job seekers, particularly those from diverse or underprivileged backgrounds, build high-quality, ATS-compliant resumes and cover letters. By providing tailored resources, verified job listings, and strategic partnerships with fully remote companies, SilkWork ensures that talent can thrive in remote roles without geographic limitations.

In our core offerings, SilkWork provides a free ATS scanning and detailed resume analysis service. Job seekers can input their resume along with a job description to receive comprehensive feedback, optimising their applications for better chances of success. Employers benefit from our advanced platform by accessing smart candidate ranking, which identifies the best-fit candidates based on detailed evaluations. Our automated communication handling streamlines the hiring process from initial outreach to onboarding, making recruitment efficient and hassle-free. Moreover, employers can utilise our enhanced data management tools to store and process candidate information effectively, ensuring they find the right talent swiftly.

SilkWork also offers a range of free services, including an AI-powered constructor for creating CVs and cover letters, access to all job postings on the platform, personal accounts for managing applications, and free English language courses. Additionally, users can take advantage of specialised modules such as ‘Job Interview Preparation’ and ‘LinkedIn Personal Branding’ to further enhance their employability. Leveraging cutting-edge AI and natural language processing technologies, SilkWork delivers personalised job matching and insightful analytics, ensuring the most effective connections in the remote job market. Our overarching goal is to ensure that job seekers are confident and well-prepared throughout the job application process by providing comprehensive tools and connecting them with potential employers. Simultaneously, supporting employers in identifying and onboarding top talent efficiently, fostering a seamless connection between global job seekers and remote employers.

Founding team

Nuray Salina

Nuray Salina is a CEO and a co-founder of SilkWork. Nuray is a student at the University of Cambridge pursuing her master’s degree in Entrepreneurship with over 3 years of experience in career consulting. Currently, Nuray works as a Product Manager at Vosyn. She has helped more than 40 students land their dream jobs in companies such as EY, PwC, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and others. She focuses on crafting effective CVs, writing outstanding cover letters, and preparing people for interviews and online assessments. During the pandemic, when many people lost their jobs, she noticed a significant transition from on-site jobs to remote jobs. Afterwards, she landed her first-ever remote job as a Business Analyst at IVVY Inc. Since then, Nuray has been collecting a database of recruiters and companies that hire 100% online. Her goal is to help young people from diverse backgrounds access global remote job opportunities, enabling them to earn a good income, pursue continuous learning, and enjoy a decent lifestyle. She aims to bridge the gap between recruiters and talent, helping companies find the best fit based on individuals’ skills and abilities, regardless of location or geographical constraints.
Additionally, Nuray has worked at companies such as Blackmont Consulting (branch management), Procter & Gamble (sales), Kazakhtelecom JSC (data analytics), and AsiaCreditBank (finance).

Yaniv Proselkov

Yaniv Proselkov is a COO and a co-founder of SilkWork. Yaniv is completing his doctorate at the University of Cambridge, in the Institute for Manufacturing of the Department of Engineering, matriculated at Christ’s College, for a thesis on modelling minimally informed agents in infrastructural systems, focusing on telecoms & supply chain financing networks. He leads an international lab researching data-driven venture capital, focusing on social network analytics for predicting team cohesion, and has completed the Impulse and CRoSS incubators run by the Cavendish Centre and Cambridge Enterprise, respectively, to commercialise this research, before focusing on SilkWork. The difficulties he saw in completing data solutions, as well as the opportunities in improving outcomes for collaborations in business led him to recognise the value of an online, data reinforced recruitment solution. His goal is to build an international network of collaborators and optimise international productivity. He has previous experience as Chief Scientist of the DePIN company, Anubi Webkey, and as a quant researcher at a London hedge fund, Fasanara Capital, for supply chain & SME financing before his PhD. He graduated top of class of an Engineering Maths MSc (Dist), focusing on complex network models and innovation, before which he completed his Maths BSc (Hons.) in interacting particle systems & probability theory, with a 2:1. He is also an alumnus of the EnterpriseTECH program at the Judge Business School.
